The feasibility report will consider the alternatives along with the <br />associated. cost, operational and maintenance implications of each. <br /> <br />Recon\Tn~ndation <br />The Arden Hills City Enginecr recommends Council authorize the preparation of a feasibility <br />report for the 2000 PMP which will address the above items and make recommendations on final <br />project scope, funding sources, assessments and roadway design issues.
