<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-56 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 2000 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating or maintaining streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility report in order to <br />consider making the improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following sections of roadway: <br />. Hamline Avenue between Ingerson Road and Cannon Avenue; <br />. Ingerson Road between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue; <br />. Ingerson Court between Ingerson Road and the Dead End to the southeast; <br />. Fernwood Avenue between Ingerson Road and Carlton Drive; <br />. Fernwood Court between Ingerson Road and the cul-de-sac to the south; <br />. Carlton Drive between Tiller Lane and Tiller Lane; <br />. Cannon A venue between Dunlap Street between Hamline A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent to assess the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to MN statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to BRW, Consulting Engineers, for study, <br />and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible, and as to whether the improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 12th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1999. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />TERRANCE R, POST, INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
