Authorize Interim City Administrator to Execute a Memorandum of <br />Understandinl!: (MOU) with the Department of Armv for Land Convevance <br />The City Council is asked to authorize the Interim City Administrator to enter into <br />a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Army for the <br />City Hall site land conveyance authorized by Congress. The document identifies <br />the process and responsibilities of both parties as the City works toward obtaining <br />fee title to the property. <br /> <br />3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Planninl!: Cases <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Case #99-12. Midwav National Bank. 1315 Red Fox Road. <br />Variance/Site Plan Review <br />The City Council is asked to approve a Site Plan with a related corner side <br />yard setback variance (37 feet proposed, when 50 feet is required) to allow <br />for the permanent installation of a 5 foot, 6 inch x 13 foot, 6 inch <br />generator at the Midway National Bank facility. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of Planning Case #99-12, subject to <br />three conditions. Council may wish to discuss the appropriateness of the <br />suggested screening materials. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Case #99-18, Nathan Field. 1929 Jerrold Avenue. Variance <br />The City Council is asked to approve a corner side yard setback (13 feet <br />proposed, when 40 feet is required) to construct a new garage. The <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of Plmming Case #99-18, <br />subject to two conditions. <br /> <br />3. Case #99-19. Daniel Tavlor. 1605 Lake Johanna Blvd.. Variance <br />The City Council is asked to approve a front yard setback variance (20 <br />feet proposed when 40 feet is required) for placement of two single-family <br />homes at 1605 and 1609 Lake Johanna Boulevard. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of Planning Case #99- 19, subject to <br />both properties meeting all other side and rear setback requirements. <br /> <br />4. Case #99-20. Apache Group. 1787 Gatewav Blvd.. Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment <br />The City Council is asked to approve an Amendment to the Planned Unit <br />Development to allow for the relocation of signage on the building at 1787 <br />Gateway Boulevard. The Planning Commission recommends approval of <br />Planning Case #99-20. <br /> <br />. <br />
