Ingerson Road between Hamline A venue and Lexington Avenue; <br />· Ingerson Court between Ingerson Road and the dead end to the southeast; <br />· Fernwood Avenue between Ingerson Road and Carlton Drive; <br />· Fernwood Court between Ingerson Road and the cul-de-sac to the south; <br />· Carlton Drive between Tiller Lane and Tiller Lane; <br />· Cannon Avenue between Dunlap Street and Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Mr. Stafford stated that the entire scope of work will depend upon funding sources and the <br />various options that the City may elect to proceed with. These options include items such as <br />possible cul-de-sacs and elimination of certain segments of roadway. <br /> <br />Mr. Stafford advised that stafTrecommends the City Council adopt Resolution #99-35, Ordering <br />a Preliminary Feasibility Report in the matter of the 2000 Street Improvement Project. <br /> <br />With regard to the list of streets proposed to be considered for improvements in the Resolution, <br />Mayor Probst asked if Carlton Drive between Tiller Lane and Tiller Lane needs to be corrected. <br />Mr. Stafford stated that this information in the Resolution was correct as submitted because of <br />the "D" shape of this street. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted that the Resolution did not mention the abandonment of the portion of <br />frontage road. He asked if this would be included in the Feasibility Study. Mr. Stafford stated <br />that this frontage road abandonment will be included in the Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />Mr. Post noted a typing error in the proposed Resolution. The Resolution number should be #99- <br />35, not #99-56. <br /> <br />With regard to the construction of a storm water treatment pond near Trunk Highway 51, <br />Councilmember Larson asked if this treatment pond would essentially deal with the run-off for <br />all of the streets within the improvement project. Mr. Brown stated that this treatment pond will <br />deal with as much run-off as possible. <br /> <br />With the proposed abandonment of the street, Mayor Probst asked if it was possible for the storm <br />water treatment pond to be located in this area. Mr. Brown stated that this would be an ideal <br />location. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Council member Larson moved and Councilmember Malone seconded a motion to <br />adopt Resolution #99-56, Ordering a Preliminary Feasibility Report in the matter <br />of the 2000 Street Improvement Project. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />B. Payment Request #6, Forest Lake Contracting, West Round Lake Road, Phase I <br /> <br />Mr. Brown explained that the City Council had before it pay request #6 for Forest Lake <br />Contracting for work accomplished to date on the West Round Lake Road, Phase I project. This <br />pay request included payment for signal installation, signage, striping and other miscellaneous <br />
