ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT, ARMY REGULATION 200-2, CHAPTER 5 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />The City will draft an environmental assessment and if a Finding of No Significant <br />Impact (FNSI) is determined, the City will draft a document stating such. TCAAP will <br />review the environmental assessment and approve the FNSI. <br /> <br />7. FINDING OF SUITABILITY TO TRANSFER, ARMY MATERIEL COMMAND <br />FOSTIFOSL GUIDANCE (FEBRUARY 1998) <br />The City shall complete the finding of suitability to transfer in accordance with Army <br />guidance. <br /> <br />8. REPORT OF EXCESS <br />TCAAP will complete the Report of Excess for disposal actions, ensure compliance with <br />the McKinney Act, coordinate with the State Historic Preservation Office, State <br />Department of Natural Resources, and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. <br />TCAAP will also cooperate with the City throughout the development of the EBS, EA <br />and FaST.
