Post <br />November 1,1999 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The work included in these this project is well suited to Lametti & Sons and their proposed subcontractor <br />and therefor, it is the opinion of the City Engineer that Lametti & Sons, Inc. is capable of completing the <br />project satisfactorily. <br /> <br />If the Council elects to award the hase hid only, Infrastructure Technologies is the low bidder and would <br />be the recommended Contractor along with their subcontractor Insituform Technologies, Inc. Both <br />Infrastructure Technologies and Insituform Technologies have petformed similar work for the City in the <br />past and have petformed satisfactorily. <br /> <br />We, therefor recommend the award of the 1999 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project (with Bid Alternate <br />I) to Lametti & Sons, Inc. for the total amount of $251,265.00.
