Approval of Minutes The City Council is askcd to approve the Minutes of the November 9,1999 regular City Council meeting and thc November 15, 1999 Council Worksession. 3. Consent Calendar a. Claims and Pavroll The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $572,110.25, and payroll for the period ended November 5,1999. The Council should note vendor payments to the Lake Johanna Fire Relief Association of $156,080.00 for 1999 State Fire Relief Aid; the City ofRoseville in the amount of $217,065.69 for third quarter water purchases; and the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Division (MCES) in the amount of $48,443.29 for December sanitary sewer flow processing costs. b. Authorizatiou to Cancel December 27. 1999 Rel!:ular Council Meetinl!: The City Council is asked to formally authorize cancellation of the December 27, 1999 Regular Council meeting, c. Res. #99-42, North Suburban Cable Commission The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution No. 99-42 entitled, "Resolution Opposing Proposed Legislation to Remove Local Authority of Franchised Cable Companies," joining with other local governments to support opposition to pre- emption oflocal authority to enter into franchise agreements, as put forth by the North Suburban Cable Commission, d. Res. #99-43. Resolution Chanl!:iul!: Corporate Authorization The City Council is asked to adopt this resolution which adds the new City Administrator as a signatory for checks drawn on U.S. Bank, e. Res. #99-44. Resolution for Transfer of Funds bv Telephonic Instructions The City Council is asked to adopt this resolution adding the new City Administrator as onc oftwo persons authorized to give instructions by telephone to U.S, Bank to transfer funds on deposit.
