City Eveuts Task Force, Appointments <br />The City Council is asked to formally appoint those individuals expressing <br />interest in serving on this task force, as previously mentioned by Councilmember <br />Aplikowski at the November 15,1999 Council Worksession. <br /> <br />Also included within is a resumc of one of the individuals requesting appointment <br />to this Task Force. The other proposed Task Force members were contacted <br />individually by Councilmember Aplikowski. <br /> <br />g. Residential Water Meter Installation Proiect, Authorization to Execute <br />Contract <br />The City Council is asked to direct the Mayor and City Administrator to execute <br />copies ofthe contract, as proposed by Hydro-Supply Company, <br /> <br />h. Operations and Finauce Committee Recommendation. "No Parkin!!: Durin!!: <br />School Hours," Chatham Aveuue <br />The City Council is asked to approve the recommendation of the Operations and <br />Finance Committee to install "No Parking During School Hours" signs on <br />Chatham Avenue to eliminate thc concern of the neighbors. <br /> <br />i. <br /> <br />Abdo, Abdo, Eick & Meyers, Authorization for 1999 Audit A!!:reement <br />The City Council is asked to authorize staff to execute the audit engagement letter <br />with Abdo, Abdo, Eick and Meyers for the audit of general purpose financial <br />statements of the City of Arden Hills for the year ended December 31, 1999. The <br />fee for this year's audit is not to excced $8,500. <br /> <br />4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Plannin!!: Cases <br /> <br />1. Case #99-22. Civic Center Zonin!!: <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Civic Center Zoning changes as <br />previously discussed and approved by the City's Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Case #99-23. Welsh Companies <br />The City Council is asked to approve the request for a Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) Amendment as previously discussed and approved <br />by the City's Planning Commission with the conditions attached. <br />
