II-A, Mandates and Local Authority <br /> <br />COllilcilmember Malone stated that the other priorities he had chosen did not appear on the list <br />provided from the AMM. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski stated that she did not have her list of priorities available and she <br />was willing to accept the rankings of the other Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Mr. Post stated that Councilmember Rem's ranking of priorities had been: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />V-B, Regional Transit System <br />I-A, Levy Limits <br />IV-M, Surface and Groundwater Management <br />IV-E, Growth Managcmcnt Strategy <br />II-A, Mandates and Local Authority <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated that his ranking of prioritics were as follows: <br /> <br />1. V-B, Regional Transit System <br /> <br />Upon tallying the results, Mr. Post stated that the resulting list of priorities was as follows: <br /> <br />I. I-A, Levy Limits <br />2. II-A, Mandates and Local Authority <br />3. V-B, Regional Transit System <br />4. IV-E, Growth Management Strategy <br /> <br />He stated that the remaining priorities had only one vote each. Councilmember Larson suggested <br />that only four priorities be sent to the AMM. Mr. Post concurred. <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Post stated that the water bills for the third quarter of this year had been sent out. He noted <br />that the water purchases for the City of Roseville were the second highest consumption since the <br />third quarter of 1989, which had been a drought year.
