<br />Deadline for Agency Actions. The City of Arden Hills received the completed <br />application for this request on Tuesday, October 4, 1999. Pursuant to Minnesota State <br />Statute, the City must act on this request by Friday, December 3, 1999 (60 days), unless <br />the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period. The additional review period would extend to Tuesday, February 1, 2000. The <br />City may, with the petitioners' consent, extend the review period beyond the Tuesday, <br />February 1, 2000, date. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lastly, ifthe City denies the petitioner's request, "...it must state in writing the reasons for <br />the denial at the time that it denies the request." <br /> <br />Recommendations. The Plarming Commission recommends approval of Planning Case <br />#99-23, Plarmed Unit Development Amendment, to add vehicle-parking spaces on the <br />North side of the building, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. One handicap parking space be added to the east of the existing handicap parking. <br />2. The parking be constructed as needed per City staff request. <br />3. The parking in the loading dock area be removed when this tenant vacates the <br />building. <br />4. The bay doors are not to be used once the parking in the loading dock area is in place. <br />5. The areas between the parking and building be striped for no parking. <br /> <br />Updates. After reviewing interior plans, staff discovered the tenant would have one usable .A <br />dock door (4th door from the east). The space the tenant will use is slightly larger than that . <br />shown on the site plan. <br /> <br />There were some questions on the percentage of office for the particular tenartt. The <br />percentage of office for the building as a whole would be 34 percent office, 66 percent <br />warehouse. The tenant that would bring the office percent up from 20 percent would be at <br />approximately 72 percent office and 28 percent warehouse. <br /> <br />e <br />
