As provided in section 13.24 of the Arden Hills Code, the fee for various types of gambling device license8 shall be established in a resolution from time to time adopted by the council. (Ord. No. 225, ~ 1, 7.26.82) Sec. 4.29. Issuance of license; investigation by pollee. A license to operate a gambling device shall be issued by the clerk.administrator no earlier than fIfteen (15) days after the ap. plication has been submitted. If requested by the clerk- administrator, however, the police department of the city shall investigate any application and shall submit a recommendation to the clerk.administrator prior to issuance or denial of the li- cense as provided in section 13.8 of the Arden Hills Code.
