In <br />order to complete the project, it will be necessary for the City to acquire a <br />permanent easement over a portion of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3.0 Terms and Conditions. Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual undertakings <br />herein expressed, the Grantor and City agrees as follows: <br /> <br />A. Upon request of the City, Grantor shall provide the City with an Abstract of Title <br />or Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />B. At its cost, the City shall continue the Abstract of Title or obtain a Registered <br />Property Abstract and shall prepare all documents necessary to acquire the <br />following described permanent easement: <br /> <br />A Permanent Easement for Roadway, Trailway and Utility <br />purposes over, under and across that part of the above described <br />property within the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, lying Easterly of Round Lake Road W. right-of-way, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />2 <br />
