Grantor shall cooperate in obtaining a consent to the easement from mortgagees <br />or other encumbrancers or parties in possession. <br /> <br />D. As compensation forthe permanent easement, the City agrees to provide certain <br />landscaping improvements on and northerly of the Grantor's property. The <br />landscaping plan shall be approved by the City and the Grantor.
