Moore, Employment Status <br /> <br />Backl!:round <br />Mr. Moore was initially hired on April 5, 1999 as Parks and Recreation Director for the <br />City of Arden Hills. Chapter 19, Arden Hills Code, requires that employees complete a <br />six (6) month probationary period in order to determine whether or not the employee <br />demonstrates fitness for the position. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Under Section 19-6 (c) of Municipal Code, the City Council shall consider the <br />recommendation of the City Administrator or Department Head as to whether the <br />employee should or should not be made a regular employee. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff would recommend the City Council approve the appointment of Mr. Moore as a <br />regular, full-time employee with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />- <br />
