Add crosswalk ahead
signs in addition to sign age shown, Informational signs on Old Highway 10 would also be a
good idea to inform motorists of college on north and recreational sire to south. Add right turn
lane signs on Old Highway 10, delcte through arrow pavement marking on Old Highway 10.
add additional right and left turn lane arrows on Old, Highway 10.

.

Recommend permanent restroom facility. Water and sewer could be cxtended from
McCnicken Lane near Old Highway 10. Sanitary sewer could be installed by gravity or with
small ejector pump and forcemain (maintained by Bethel Collcge) discharging to the existing
sanitary sewer manhole in the intersection of McCracken Lane and Old Highway 10.

.

Consider a changing the sidewalk adjacent to the entrance road from bituminons to concrete or
expanding its width from 6 fcet to 8 feet.

.

Extend concrete curb and gutter on entrance road to County Right of Way line.

.

Add two caleh basins over the proposed culvert near Old Highway 10 to capture runoff from
the entrance road.

.

What is storm water pond designed for? - NURP standards, 100 year flows? - no apparent
outlet other than overland sheet flow - should provide an outlet preferably multislaged. to allow
for small and large rainfall events,

If you have any further queslions please give me a caU.

ll;\WPbOCS\idlDENHIL\f'I~"'NIJlIG\HS11mL01'.M!M

TOTAL P.01
