<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - DECEMBER 13,1999 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />facilities and the estimates for these improvements were as high as 1.2 million dollars. The <br />School District has expressed an interest in the joint Public Works facility and Mayor Probst _ <br />asked staff to mention this in their discussions with Ramsey County. One attraction to the <br />School District being a part of the Public Works facility was the that the School District would <br />require a large amount of office space which would allow for a nicer front door to the facility. <br />Mayor Probst stated that the School District had also expressed an interest in the City of Arden <br />Hills performing some of their maintenance work, such as snow plowing and lawn mowing. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />The City Council meeting was recessed at 8:09 p.m., for a closed executive session to discuss <br />pending litigation. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to adjourn the meeting at 8:36 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (3-0). <br /> <br />Dennis Probst <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Joseph P.
