<br />Updates. The applicant has submitted staff two alternative lighting plans. The original 6. <br />plan showed four poles with shoe box fixtures on each at 30 feet in height. All three plans ,., <br />meet the lighting ordinance. <br /> <br />The first alteffiative is a 20-foot pole with a 3 foot footing. The poles would be in the same <br />location as the original proposal. The second option is a 12 foot pole with a 3 foot footing. <br />This requireS-15 poles__The applic.antprefersthe2_Qfoo~p.Qle oI!tiO!).~ (Exhibit_G)__ - <br /> <br />Bethel College, Ramsey County Public Works, and City Staff meet to discuss the traffic <br />issues. Staff concluded that Ramsey County would be open to a southbound right tum lane <br />into the athletic facility. The original discussion regarding this intersection determined by <br />eliminating this tum lane it would make a safer pedestrian crossing. There was also some <br />discussion about signs and traffic signals. Pedestrian crossing signs would be required as <br />part of the project however, signals or flashing lights could be added however, they are not <br />advised at this time. <br /> <br />The applicant has notified staff of one minor change to the tennis court area (Exhibit 1). <br />They would like to add a 95 square foot building similar to the softball field dugouts for the <br />storage of tennis equipment.
