JOINT USAGE It is possible that other agencies or groups could partlclpate in consolidation into a single location with the City of Arden Hills Maintenance Services Facility. This will provide opportunities for sharing initial construction costs as well as operational costs. Synergies achieved by consolidation with compatible groups include sharing of cost, space, equipment and possibly personneL To date, two other groups have initiated Space Needs Studies with TKDA to identify their individual requirements for a building and/or site. The two groups are: . Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation . Ramsey County Public Works Ramsey County is currently considering the area (35 acres) just north of Highway 96 and west of Hamline Avenue.
