Identify Staff contacts for water <br />quality issues and special situations in Roseville, New Brighton, MN DOT, and Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />Method/implementation; Good communication lines with local officials outside AH is essential <br />to solving some types of problems, Staff should contact RCWD and City engineers with <br />questions and concerns about possible negative impacts from upstream sources. Timely <br />comments could influence RCWD decision-making. Identify areas such as Stowe Ave., <br />Josephine watershed, and South Lake Johanna where we have cooperative interests and <br />notify other cities of our concerns. Distribute our Water Management Plan to appropriate <br />other City personnel. Ask them to reciprocate. <br /> <br />CosUresources: Some staff time may be required initially and on a semi-regular basis, Many <br />of the key personnel in various areas are already known.
