<br />, <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions. The City of Arden Hills received a complete application <br />for this request on Thursday, March 9, 2000, Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the <br />City must act on this request by Monday, May 8, 2000 (60 days), unless the City provides <br />the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review period. The additional <br />review period would extend to Friday, July 7, 2000. The City may, with the petitioners' <br />consent, extend the review period beyond the Friday, July 7,2000, date. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lastly, ifthe City denies the petitioners' request," .,. it must state in writing, the reasons <br />for denial at the time that it denies the request." <br /> <br />Recommeudation. The Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case <br />00-17a, Planned Unit Development, to allow for a Catalytic Oxidizer, two solvent tanks, <br />and the enlargement of en existing dock door with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1, A minimum of three protective bollards be placed to protect the fence structure. <br />2. Dock door closest to the oxidizer not be used once the oxidizer is in place. <br />3. Solvent tank and Oxidizer screening be cedar wood construction painted to match <br />the building. <br />4. Screen all rooftop mechanical devices per code requirements, <br />5. Placement of Solvent tanks meet Building/Fire code regulations. <br />6, No detectable odors form the printing process be present on the exterior of the <br />building. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Update. Staff handed out a revised site plan at the Planning Commission meeting <br />showing the solvent tanks out 10 feet from the building to meet the fire code <br />requirements (Exhibit E). <br /> <br />Other attachments were distributed as part of the Planning Commission packet. <br /> <br />e <br />
