Hov.ever, my supervisor can allow anOlher tv.o years for the <br />correction of the violations. If correction time exceeds five years by statute the District can apply for a <br />time extension to the State Fire Marshal, Mr. Tom Brace. <br /> <br />The District was originally going to complete all violations prior to September 2001 and their plan of <br />corrections was approved. Because of the passing of the referendum and the new upcoming <br />construction, the District wants an additional year and therefore must apply for a time extension. <br />Finally, the District contacted me to inform me of the additional time and wanted to start the process of <br />getting a time extension. In my opinion they are \M)f"king in good faith to get their violations corrected. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />
