<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Deadline for Al!encv Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received a complete application for this request on March 30. <br />2000. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by May 30, <br />2000 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60-day review period. The additional review period would extend to July 30, <br />2000. The City may, with the petitioners' consent, extend the review period beyond the <br />July 30, 2000, date. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lastly, if the City denies the petitioner's request ".. .it must state in writing the reason for <br />the denial at the time that it denies the request." <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case 00-22, amendment to <br />the Special Use Permit for Fair Isaac, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Compliance with the freestanding sign requirements of the sign ordinance so that the <br />sign not exceed a maximum of 100 square feet in area. <br />2. Compliance with the freestanding sign requirements of the sign ordinance so that the <br />sign not exceed a maximum of 16 feet in height. <br />3.
