Compliance with the height for structures; <br />2. Approval of Rice Creek Watershed District; <br />3. Compliance with the Lighting Standards of the Zoning Ordinance; <br />4. The south addition of the exterior wall be raised to a height of approximately 3 feet <br />above the roof. <br />5. The roof top mechanical equipment be painted and subject to staff approval for color. <br /> <br />Uodates <br />Additional plans were handed out at the Planning Commission meeting.
