HO\WVer, my supervisor can allow another tv.<o years forthe <br />correction of the violations, If correction time exceeds five years by statute the District can apply for a <br />time extension to the State Fire Marshal, Mr Tom Brace, <br /> <br />The District was Oliginally going to complete all violations prior to September 2001 and their plan of <br />corrections was approved, Because of the passing of the referendum and the new upcoming <br />construction, the District wants an additional year and therefore must apply for a time extension. <br />Finally, the District contacted me to inform me of the additional time and wanted to start the process of <br />getting a time extension, In my opinion they are V\OI'king in good faith to get their violations corrected, <br />
