The employee or job applicaJ1t has f11e right to request aJ1d receive from f11e City <br />of Arden Hills a copy of f11e test result report, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Within three (3) working days after notice of a positive test result, f11e employee <br />or job applicaJ1t may submit information to f11e employer, in addition to aJ1Y <br />submitted prior to a test, to explain f11e test result. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. Wif11in five (5) days after notice of a positive test, the employee or job applicaJ1t <br />may request a confirmatory retest off11e original smnple at f11e employee's or job <br />applicaJ1t's expense. Within three (3) days after receiving the employee's or job <br />applicaJ1t's re-test request, f11e City of Arden Hills shall notify the testing agency <br />of the employee's or job applicaJ1t's request. The employee or job applicaJ1t may <br />request a different testing agency licensed under Chapter 181 (Mim1esota State <br />Statute).
