The <br />bids included: <br /> <br />. Base Bid for Project <br />. Alternate 2, deduct (remove stone masonry) <br />. Alternate, add windows (different style than first floor windows) <br />. Alternate, to add windows (same style as first floor windows) <br /> <br />e The apparent low bidder was Rochon Corporation. Their full bid was as follows: <br /> <br />. Base Bid = $2,735,000 <br />. Alternate No, 1, Deduct = ( 315,000) <br /> (Brick) <br />. Alternate No.2, Add = 16,000 <br /> (Windows) <br />. Alternate No, 3, Add = 25,000 <br /> (Windows) <br /> <br />The architect's preliminary estimate for the construction of the project was $2,500,000. This <br />estimate was for the base bid.
