<br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - JUNE 7, 2000 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />Joh31llla approached the Council regarding dormitories or boarding houses within the City. <br />Councilmember Larson indicated that brought about the discussion for the Commission. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson stated the antenna issue needs to be addressed for the additional capacity <br />and ground equipment organization to better benefit the City. He indicated the City is able to <br />gain revenues for the rental of the water tower site. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson explained all bids have been received for the City Hall and that Rushon <br />Contracting came in with the low bid at $3,000,000. Commissioner Sand asked if an easement <br />was needed for access to the new City Hall. Councilmember Larson stated access would be <br />gained from County Road 96, <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson noted this Saturday is the "Day in the Park" event, starting at 11 :00 a,m. <br />in Perry Park. He encouraged all PI31llling Commissioners to participate. <br /> <br />COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> <br />There was nothing new at this time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Commissioner Duchenes moved, seconded by Commissioner Baker to adjourn the meeting at <br />10:32 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
