You <br />may wish to have the Committee and the City's currently licensed refuse haulers review the <br />proposed ordinance before it is presented to the City Council. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City does not need to conduct a public hearing before adopting the ordinance. Three <br />affirmative City Council votes are necessary for approval. The ordinance can be published <br />after it has been adopted, but will not become effective until November 1, 2000.
