Make roofing connection to scuppers, stacks and pipe penetrations. <br />6. Install two new overflow scuppers. <br />7. Install two new pitch pans. <br />8. Any raising of mechanical curbs or disconnect/reconnect of gas lines to be done by owner. <br /> <br />Flashing <br /> <br />I. All flashing at roof edge, walls and curbs to be 45 mil EPDM. <br />2. All details follow manufacturer's warranty. <br /> <br />Sheet Metal Work <br /> <br />I. Install new 24 gauge Color Clad cap flashing and fascia at roof edge cant (color to match <br />existing). <br />2. Make connections to two new overflow scuppers. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />We will do all of the above for the net sum of Fifty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Three <br />Dollars & 00/100 ($52,983.00). <br /> <br />Notes: <br /> <br />. This proposal assumes a sound roof deck. <br />. Owner understands that the reroofing/repairs of this roof requires us to remove existing <br />roofing components. This procedure will cause debris to become airborne and debris and dust <br />may come into the building, or settle on adjacent grounds, buildings, or vehicles. Owner <br />should notify all employees that this situation exists. <br /> <br />Asbestos Disclaimer - <br /> <br />. The removal of asbestos or other hazardous material is closely regulated by federal, state, and <br />local government. <br />. John A. Dalsin & Son, Inc.' s scope of work shall not include the identification, detection, <br />abatement, encapsulation or removal of asbestos or similar hazardous substances. If in the <br />course of performing its work, or if such hazardous materials are encountered by any other <br />firm performing work at the job site, and John A.
