The revisions are a <br />result of researching other cities' ordinances as well as staff and Planning Conunission <br />discussions. <br /> <br />The existing language from the Zoning Ordinance is shown in regular type. In the proposed <br />changes, the language that should be deleted is smekcll and new language that should be <br />added is shown in CAPITAL LETTERS. <br /> <br />Proposed Chanl!es <br /> <br />1. The City has had a number of complaints on single family homes that have been <br />converted into housing for numerous students attending the local colleges. The current <br />code does not have any language in it to deter this type of activity. This can be changed <br />by amending some of the definitions. <br /> <br />Amend Section II (D) Definitions, numbers 43, 47 and 53 as follows: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />43. Dwelling.
