Increasing the percentage of allowable office build-out square footage per property <br />The original PUD, approved in Planning Casc #97-06 (see Exhibit E for site plan), <br />specified parking requircmcnts for the three buildings on Gateway Blvd. that were <br />proposed by Welsh Companies. Since it was unknown who the tenants would be of these <br />buildings at tbat time, a presumption was made on the ratio of office to warehouse within <br />thc buildings.
