THERE MAY BE NO MORE THAN THREE <br />VEHICLES PARKED ON THE DRNEWAY. <br /> <br />Item 2: Proposed Amendments to the Antenna Section of the Zoning Ordinance <br />In May, the City Council directed staff to no longer accept applications for antennas on <br />the City water towers until a master plan was developed for the two sites. The Planning <br />Commission discussed potential revisions to the antenna section of the Zoning Ordinance <br />to address this issue at their June and July meetings. In August, the Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing and reeommended changes to the Zoning Ordinanee to the City <br />CounciL <br /> <br />At this time, these recommendations have not come before the City Council since it was <br />thought that it may be more appropriate to review them at a worksession first. The <br />Planning Commission's recommendations are outlined in the attached staff memorandum <br />(Exhibit F) and a draft ofthe formal ordinance of the proposed changes in final form <br />(Exhibit G). <br /> <br />Essentially the Planning Commission has recommended that the City construet one <br />ground structure for each water tower property to house all future antenna applieants. <br />Existing structures will remain as they are currently. Due to the large number of ground <br />structures at the Red Fox tower, it was also recommended that the City implement a e <br /> <br />4 <br />
