<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />41' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING A REVISED FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 2000/2001 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 11, 2000, a Revised <br />Feasibility Report has been prepared by BRW, Consulting Engineers, with reference to <br />improvements of various streets within the City of Arden Hills, and this report was received by <br />the City Council on October 10, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing will be scheduled regarding the improvement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance wilh the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ofthe cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated <br />maximum cost of the improvement of $2,200,000. Final costs to be determined <br />based upon the scope of work and alternates that are selected by the City Council <br />following input from the public at the public hearing. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />November, 2000, in the Council Chambers ofthe Arden Hills City Hall at 7:00 <br />p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
