Recommendation to City Council," as formal Request for Proposals (RFP's) needed <br />to prepared and received prior to a committee recommendation to the City CounciL <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Minutes of the August 22, 299 Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee were approved by <br />consensus as presented, with a minor time correction from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. of the next <br />meeting at that time, scheduled for 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL LIAISON REPORT <br />Council Liaison Grant provided a report of recent Council events, including logo design; and an <br />update on City Hall construction. <br />
