e Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant, Minnesota Portions of Tracts A56 and A69 DRAFT QUITCLAIM DEED THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this day of _, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, (the "Grantor") acting by and through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (I&H) pursuant to a delegation of authority from the Secretary of the Army (the "Army"), under and pursuant to Section 2840 of the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000, Public Law 106-65, (113 Stat 512), and the CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, a political subdivision organized and existing under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as Grantee. WITNESSETH: THAT THE GRANTOR, for the consideration that the Grantee shall, without cost to the Minnesota National Guard, make the future city hall complex available for use by the Minnesota e National Guard for public meetings as detailed in the Agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof, as Exhibit "A", by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, all of the right, title and interest of the Grantor, in and to parcels of land together with any improvements thereon, situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the granted premises, described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as beginning at a point on the south line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, distant 1100.00 feet on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds West of the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds West along the south line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 828.09 feet; thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes 06 seconds West, a distance of309.22 feet; thence North 61 degrees 21 minutes 06 seconds East, a distance of 46.90 feet; thence Northeasterly on a tangential curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 31 0.00 feet, a central angle of 28 degrees 08 minutes 48 seconds, a distance of 152.29 feet; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds East, tangent to said curve, a distance of639.75 feet; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes 09 seconds East parallel with the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 368.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.9 acres, more or less.
