I believe the deed is still under review within Army channels, but is provided for your information. The necessary approval documents will be leaving the Army Material <br />Command and be in the Secretariat's possession by this coming Monday. The Secretariat will expedite the actual <br />processing of these documents so that the written directive can be given to the Army Corps of Engineers to finalize <br />transfer. <br /> <br />2) In the meantime and with this notification, we are authorizing the Army Corps to send you a copy of the deed it has <br />prepared for your review and discussion with them, AND to provide you an expanded right-of-entry to allow you <br />enough latitude to award your construction project.
