Round Lake Rd.
Arden Hills, MN 55112-5794

Re: New City Hall
Proposal for professional Design SelVices

Dear Joe:

Relative to our request for additional fees for the proposed revisions to the original bid documents and in

response to your February 28, 2000 letter, the following is noted:

In our February 17, 2000 letter we quoted a maximum-not-to-€xceed fee of $23,000 to make the requested

revisions to the original bid documents. Architectural Alliance $14,000

. Cain Ouse & Associates (mechanical and 7,000

electrical engineering)

. Meyer Borgman Johnson (structural engineering)

. Total

4000
$25,000

We estimate a substantial work effort associated with the requested changes. The relocation 01 the offices to

first floor, the addition of the full basement and the stair will require careful review of, and revisions to the

plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, engineering calculations, schedules, detail sheets, addition of new

drawings, and carelul coordination with our consulting engineers. We also estimate that several meetings
