F- T <br />: f.\.,-;{J fJ ": b.. <br />,po'" s""'~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />CITV OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 30, 2000 <br />9:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst closed the regular City Council mccting at 9:00 p.m. and moved <br />into Closed Executive Session in the City Council Chambcrs. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant; <br />Gregg Larson; and Lois Rcm. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Treasurer, Tcrrance Post; and City <br />Attorney, Jerry Filla. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Probst convened the meeting for a Closed Executive Session to discuss pending <br />litigation entitled, "Josephine East, LLDC, a MN Limited Liability Corporation, Plaintiff; <br />vs. Robert Wesslund, an Individual, Dee Rushenberg, an Individual and the City of A <br />Arden Hills and through its City Council, Defendants." ... <br /> <br />There was no action taken. <br /> <br />RECESS TO ADJOURN <br /> <br />Mayor Probst adjourned tbe Closed Executive Session at 9:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Dennis Probst <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Joseph P.
