<br />e <br /> <br />The Zoning Ordinance also states that all business and industrial district rezonings must, <br /> <br />".. .be located adjacent to an arterial or collector road as shown on the Comprehensive <br />Development Plan, or the rezoning will be an extension of an existing business or industrial <br />district.. .". <br /> <br />All of the properties in question are individual or small clusters of properties within residential <br />areas that are currently, have been used or are better served as business sites. They meet the <br />intent of the district and the Comprehensive Plan. Although not one of the properties being <br />proposed could be considered an extension of an existing business or industrial district, each of <br />them is situated along a major roadway.
