<br />-, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING AND APPROVING <br />THE 2001 PAY PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden I-Iills is required to comply with the Local Governnlent Pay <br />Equity Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920 specify the procedure and criteria for measuring <br />compliance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's pay plan received notice of compliance in 2000 from the Minnesota <br />Department of Employee Relations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has revised the pay ranges included in this plan for 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has not concluded labor negotiations with employees represented by the <br />International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 49; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found an increase in the City's contribution toward monthly <br />health and dental premiums to be appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden I-Iills, <br />Minnesota that tlle City adopts the 2001 Pay Plan as attached for non-bargaining unit employees. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City increases the City's contribution toward monthly <br />health and dental insurance premiums by $10.00 for 2001 ($350.00 per month). <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2000. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
