<br />ARDE~ HILLS CITY COUNC1L WORKSESSION - OCTOBER 15, 2001 <br /> <br />r}; [1~ /[1 r;::T <br />~c,4,~"'r ~.c ~. <br /> <br />ST AFF COMMENTS/COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Discussion items included City Hall closing on Friday, October 19, 2001 to <br />accommodate the move into the new City Hall facility; the initiation of work on <br />the 1-35W noise wal1; pending 2002 Legislative Policy Agenda review at a future <br />City Council meeting; additional members for the Parks, Trails and Recreation <br />Committee; tentative basebal1 field plans for the northwest corner of the Twin <br />Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) as it relates to the Comprehensive Park <br />Plan; Northwest Youth and Family Services 2002 budget request; and additional <br />contact with the Mills Group. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to include further discussion of the proposed maintenance <br />facility at the October 29, 2001 regular City Council meeting under Council <br />Comments. <br /> <br />Councilmembers requested that staff provide a form to be completed for new <br />business cards with the new City logo, City Hall address, and to allow them to <br />determine which home and/or business numbers or e-mail addresses they wanted <br />to include on their personal cards. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the program for the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Governments to be hosted by the City of Arden Hills at the new City Hall facility <br />on October 25, 200l with a welcome provided by Mayor Probst. Staff was <br />directed to post the meeting as a Special Council meeting due to a quorum of <br />Councilmembers present. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Staff was directed to activate the process for adoption of a fertilizer use <br />ordinance; modeled after that of the City of Shorewood for presentation at a <br />future City Council meeting. Staff was directed to coordinate this process with <br />the Stormwater Management Plan final draft. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m. The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />e <br />
