<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - NOVEMBER 7, 2001 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Acting Chair Sand moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmennan, to extend the <br />meeting past 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CASE # 01-16 - CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, SHORELAND MANAGEMENT <br />ORDINANCE REVIEW <br /> <br />Staff reviewed their report dated Novemher I, 200 I and recommended codification with <br />suggested changes. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Sand expressed concern that the Ordinance should more specifically state <br />what could and could not be stored along the shoreline. Mr. Parrish explained the Code <br />Enforcement Officer would address these types of issues on a complaint basis and he <br />would pass Mr. Sand's concerns along to him. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pakulski moved, seconded by Commissioner Galatowitsch, to recommend <br />for public hearing for Case #01-16, City of Arden Hills, Shoreland Management <br />Ordinance Review. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Council Liaison <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski updated the Commission on the decisions made at the last <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />B. Planning Commissioners <br /> <br />Commissioner Erickson stated after ten years of being on the Plarming Commission, he <br />would be resigning at the end of the year. <br /> <br />c. Staff <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish asked the Commission consider items they want on next year's work plan. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Commissioner Erickson moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the meeting <br />at 10:28 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />'~+',..."',."'"
