I ", . . e CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 29,2001 7:30 P,M, _ ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:32 p.m. Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. Absent: None. Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; Interim Public Works Director and Parks & Recreation Director, Thomas Moore; City Planner, Aaron Parrish; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Engineer, Greg Brown, BR W; and Recording Secretary, Nancy Czajkowski. APPROV AL OF MEETING AGENDA Councilmember Rem requested Consent Calendar Agenda Item 4 E be removed. Mayor Probst responded it would become Agenda Item 6 A 5. Councilmember Grant requested Consent Calendar Agenda Item 4 G be removed. Mayor Probst responded it would become Agenda Item 6 A 6. MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the October 29, 2001, regular City Council meeting, as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. September 24, 2001 Regular Council Meeting B. October 25, 2001 Council Worksession Minutes Councilmember Grant requested the following change to the September 24,2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes: on page 11, in Section D, in the third paragraph, replace the first sentence with "Councilmember Grant asked how many people were not impacted by the change." MOT10N: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a motion to approve the September 24,2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes as corrected, and the October 25, 2001 Council Worksession Minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
