Removed <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br />already on the agenda. <br /> <br />No public comments were made. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A, Planning Cases <br /> <br />L Case #01-25, Guidant Corporation, 4201 - 4233 North Lexington Avenue, <br />Sign Ordinance Variance (Water Tower Sign age) <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish explained this case dealt with a variance to the sign ordinance to put the words <br />"Guidant Corporation" on their water tower. He stated staff developed a revised <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br />to approve Planning Case #01-25, the proposed water tower signage, subject to <br />the two conditions contained in the staff report, as recommended by Staff. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Case #01-26, McKinley Companies, 4420 Hamline Avenue North, Minor <br />Subdivision/Lot Split Parcel <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish explained this case was continued from last month's meeting. He noted it involves a a <br />variance from the minimum lot width requirement. He added the parcel meets all other _ <br />
