For one thing I don't think we need one. We already have <br />two Pharmacy' s within a mile of each other. Also I think traffic is a huge concern. It is <br />already a problem. With the new Target grocery store about to open it is only going to get <br />worse. Also what about the train? How to deal with that? I have personally seen several <br />accidents by Mc Donald's that are also will only get more congested. I think there could <br />be a much better use of the space.
