Round Lake Road <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />RE: Application by Semper Development, LTD. <br />Walgreen's Drug Store <br />County Road E & Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lynch: <br /> <br />This letter is in regards to the above referenced application for Walgreen's to open a store <br />located in Arden Hills. It is our understanding that the initial application has been approved and <br />has now being addressed by the City council for a meeting this Monday, February 26, 2001. <br />Please include this letter to the council members for their review. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Wellington Management, Inc. is the Management Company for the Arden Plaza Retail and <br />Office Buildings located on the southwest comer of Lexington Avenue and County Road E. We <br />are concerned about the traffic congestion that currently exists at this comer and feel that if <br />another high volume business begins operation in the immediate area traffic will worsen. We <br />previously requested that a traffic study be completed and would like to see the results of said <br />study, if possible. Has Ramsey County Public Works approved this? <br /> <br />We are very concerned that the opening'ofWalgreen's directly across the street would negatively <br />impact our retailers.
