LRA will provide subscribers with information regarding significant labor <br />relations and/or personnel items on a quarterly basis. <br /> <br />In the performance of these duties LRA personnel will: <br /> <br />. Respond to telephone, letter or FAX inquiries from subscribers; <br /> <br />· Agree not to represent any labor organization during the contract <br />period; <br /> <br />. Maintain normal working hours; <br /> <br />. Maintain telephone and FAX facilities in the LRA offices; and <br /> <br />.
