What do you believe the current status of this project to be? . If you believe the status of this project to be cancelled, upon what basis could it come back as a project and within what timeframe? . If you believe the project was tabled, but will move forward, do you then confirm that future residential reconstruction projects should be on a neighborhood basis? B. Basis of Ratinl!s for Proiect Identification Do you believe the existence, or non-existence, of a comprehensive and complete storm water system should be included as a significant factor with the pavement condition index (PCI) in forming the basis of ratings for projects? C. Citv Standards . Do you believe curb and gutter and storm sewer standards should exist for all seven (7) ton local streets and nine (9) ton collector streets? e . Do you support the Function Street Plan relating to street widths developed by the City Engineer? D. Proiect Benefit Do you believe the benefit of a reconstructed street is mutual for both the general public and for abutting property owners? To what degree? E. Assessment Policy The current assessment policy calls for a 50-50 sharing of project cost/market value increase/benefit between residential property owners and the City, The proposed Ingerson project would have had the City paying significantly more than fifty percent (50%), If the City were to pay a higher than fifty percent (50%) share for special assessment purposes, do you think there should be either a corresponding drop in other City services provided, or an increase in the tax levy? e
