PFA administers the State Revolving Loan Program for <br />MPCA. MPCA recently adopted rules to facilitate application of this program. <br />(Skwira, 1996). PFA typically waives the interest payment in the first two <br />years of the 20-year loan period and the interest rate is generally below the <br />bonding rate. There is no dollar limit or eompetition for these funds. <br /> <br />MPCA Clean Water Partnership <br /> <br />MPCA receives federal matching funds for preserving and protecting lakes <br />and for enhancing their public use and enjoyment, under the Federal Clean <br />Lakes Program. The MPCA's Clean Water Partnership Program (CWP) <br />provides matching funds for lake improvement projects and nonpoint source <br />pollution abatement.
