Round Lake Road <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />RE: Lake Josephine East Cu1-de-Sac/Grant Construction <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lynch, <br /> <br />We understand that Grant Construction has finished the construction of the Shoreline Lane Cul-de-Sac. <br />This letter is to confirm that Mark Lynch from URS has visited the site during construction to insure <br />proper construction methods were used. Mark was able to confirm that the base and bituminous were <br />constructed to the City's requirements. <br /> <br />It was brought to our attention that sanitary and water services were not supplied from the mains to the <br />right of way to the Lot 1, Block 1 as indicated on the approved plan submitted by the developer. <br />Eventually services will need to be extended to the property at which time a portion of the road will need <br />to be excavated to make the connection with the sanitary sewer and water mains. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />It also appears that the cul-de-sac was not built exactly as the approved plans had shown. However, it <br />appears that the cul-de-sac will drain properly and should not affect the function or maintenance of the <br />road.
